2月4号病人收到的，是亚麻上的FBM。今天病人给我发信：I don't recall ordering
this and if I would order another it would not be like this. This would not
be my choice. I'm hoping you will return my money. So far I have been
pleased with Amazon.
请教我最好怎么处理？如果退给他需要收restock fee吗？

我意思是谁应该负责return的运费呢？还有FBM的return policy是亚麻定的还是我们
这种卖家定的？

Just follow your standard return protocol.
1. All orders were processed by Amazon.com. Tell your patient that if he is
concerned about his account security, he might want to contact Amazon.com.
2. Tell the patient to fill a return request for "accidental order". He
needs to pay the return shipping and restocking fee may apply.
Don't play softball with patients like this. Just stick with your return
policies.
