我也只是一台啊，除了第一封email（如下），就没有任何update，至今状态仍然是
processing，这不，2/23-3/3，都8天了吧？

刚刚online chat了一下，得到的答复是：
"The laptop is expected to ship out on 3/5/15. Once it ships out, we will be
sending you an e-mail that will contain the tracking number for the laptop
with FedEx."
看来，没有收到拒信的，应该可以收到order了，只是需要耐心一点而已
