File了CFPB，收到Discover毫无新意的Explanation，
NND,Cash back也没算到帐号的Credit里，也没收到it的支票，现在该怎搞？

Thank you for your recent correspondence to the Consumer Financial
Protection Bureau regarding the status of your above referenced account.
We are firmly committed to complying with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act
as well as all other applicable State and Federal laws and regulations. As
such, it is our practice to consistently treat all customers equitably.
Discover Card conducts regular account reviews to evaluate our customers'
accounts. We evaluated your account and under the terms of your Cardmember
Agreement, a business decision was made to close your account. Your account
was closed to further transactions on February 4, 2015. Our records indicate
a confirmation letter explaining this action was sent to your address of
record on February 4, 2015. Any Cashback Bonus(R) on the account will be
applied as a credit to the account or mailed to you.
