麻痹病人买1000刀电脑，退个开包的400刀电脑，我没有refund，然后麻痹病人开
chargeback，亚麻判我输，全额refund。。。。这个case，我能appeal吗？

已经过多久了？
如果Amazon已经full refund了，现在再提供证据也难以证明，只能move on。
收到第一时间有把证据报给Amazon吗？如果有，一般不会输的。

病人2月5日（正好2个月前）开的chargeback case，我次日represent，就按那个表提
交了tracking信息，陈述了病人退的货不是我寄的货的事实，并说“Because I have
not recieved what I sent to him, I cannot accept this return. He should
figure out how to get the wrong returned item back and sent me what he
received. I have the photos of both the item with the shipping label before
shipping out and the item I received as proof.”
但是那个represent系统根本没有地方让我提交照片等证据（还是我没找到？？）
然后就是等啊等，也从没收到邮件要让我提交其他任何东西。。。然后今天就悲剧了
TNND，似乎也没有地方让appeal

重点是你是何时收到return的，当天收到发现不对，立马就該提交给Amazon。
