全新的激光打印机,她说打了一张就没墨了，是evil吗？
I received the machine today and shook the toner cartridge and I got it to
print one page and the ink was faded. I repeated the step and the cartridge
light is blinking and it will not print.

先别着急。有时候病人是笨的。
问她 start toner 收到的时候是不是new，seal tape 有没有remove。或者让她传几张
照片看看。
Evil 一般直接开return request，neg，A-Z claim，charge back。根本不给你反应
时间的

发完这个email之后，我还没回，一小时之后立马return request
Return reason: Defective/Does not work properly
Buyer comments: Cartride out of ink and not as described.
是不是无解？

谢谢建议，沟通了，问她toner是不是seal在package里，seal tape有没有remove,让她
发toner和打印出的第一张纸的照片，同时问她以前有没有买过同样型号的打印机。
以下是她的回复，没有直接回复我的问题
The toner was installed already. I would like to return the printer. It
sounds strange when it prints also.
看来是真evil了？

等她退回来一个信封再说evil不迟。

退回来看toner也看不出来是不是被换过，没有序列号吧
