理由是no longer needed, (email: Yes, we opened the box and used it. We do
not like it. Thanks,)
俺说要charge 35% restocking fee.
Buyer刚刚来email说: “Thank you for your response. However, we do not like
this laptop because it has been doing strange things since we got it. There
are these annoying pop-up windows that occur sometimes. When they do pop-up
it locks up the computer. I think that we should not be charged a restocking
fee. Please advise. Thanks”
请教俺现在该如何回复? 如果改成 charge 20% 是否合适?

一个月以内的return request, 从来都是直接批准,检测没问题直接收restocking

我的经验是,如果退货原因是买方不再需要了,就该付退货有关的一切费用。如果是你
的商品质量上出问题了,你就该款项全退。所以我在亚马孙买东西不喜欢了,会等15天
左右然后退货时选产品没达到我预期的效果,就免费退货,货款都退给我了。
所以,你就按规定办,对方退货的理由是主观的不喜欢,和产品质量无关,你就该
charge restoring fee. 不用改变%。
如果他改口说你的产品质量有问题你就不得不免费退货。
另:
从对方的描述看,好像机子感染了什么ware病毒了。

Here is something for everyone to use for return. It is from Amazon
"Do I need to refund shipping just to avoid negative feedback?"
Can I charge a restocking fee?
Buyers may be charged a restocking fee that depends on the type of item and
condition in which it is returned. You may charge a restocking fee as
follows:
Up to 20% of the item's price for unopened media or non-media items in
their original condition returned more than 30 days after delivery
Up to 50% of the item's price for items that are not in their original
condition, or are damaged or missing parts for reasons other than seller’s
error
Up to 50% of the item's price for books with obvious signs of use; CDs,
DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
that have been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap)
