If PM'ing is done by manager, the associate might be in a safer position.

If you PM and use 25% rewards, you most likely won't get the cashier into
trouble. But if you PM and use a percentage/dollars off coupon, then most
likely your cashiers would get into trouble if LP finds out. Remember PM
that requires manager approval would be checked by LP.

I thought the same and looks like it depends on the amount as that cashier
was able to do it herself :(

是的，有时候你看不上的工作对小二来说就是饭碗，小二一般工作不久，有不熟悉的地
方要帮他指正一下。
有时候看到些残疾的、年纪很大的、做学生兼职的小二，感觉这些店子真是为社会出一
份力，要是放国内这些人肯定找不到这样的工作的。

很多年前弄过一次，
先说PM，MANAGER来了，给PM，
然后拿出COUPON， MANAGER说不行，PM了就不能用COUPON，
我说，你扫一下，能用就用，不能用，我就不用。
结果，COUPON扫上了，MANAGER就没话说了。东西我PM+COUPON买了，走人。
