已经有一个多年的老账户，今天又开了个新账户，开新账户的时候eBay说要Link到
原有账户或者打电话给ebay聊聊为什么开账户。尝试Link给老账户，但是新账户的
selling limit是0。所以就打电话给ebay。客户代表电话中问了几个问题，类似于申请
信用卡一样，基本就在确定身份。而后问我要卖什么，从哪里进货。回答后让hold一下
，然后客户代表回来说账户可以开卖了，给了个limit。随后我就用新账户开始List了2
个。
2小时以后，收到ebay电子邮件，说是永久封账户，但是没给原因，也没告诉如何
恢复。

After reviewing your eBay account, recent activity has raised serious
security concerns. As a result, we've taken the following action on your
account:
- Your eBay account has been suspended indefinitely.
- Item listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available
further down in this email.
You won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another
existing account or registering a new account. Any outstanding selling fees
are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed
will be charged to the billing method currently on file.
We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that
the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay
