【急，在线等】ebay有几个0 feedback同样地址新注册的id买我的

就昨天和今天，收到来自同一个地址的都是0 feedback的新注册ID买我的同一个list的
东西，地址是：
10010 Rush St
South El Monte CA 91733-3254
在网上查了一下，好像是一个叫做CSE超速快运的转运站。
昨天的单子已经寄出了，今早又收到几个，地址基本都一样，就是分别的Number不同，
可能是这个转运网站的客户识别码。而且今天有两单的buyer名字一样，但是ebay ID不
同，有点担心。请问这种情况还能卖吗？如果不想卖的话cancel order就行了吗？

No one knows for sure about buyers with 0 feedback. By my experience, if not
Overnight express shipping for expensive, it is Ok.

今天不放心，给ebay和paypal打电话，他们说这几个都是今天才注册的新账号，十分可
疑，而且paypal账号都是只绑定了信用卡，可能会收货后直接dispute，让我先cancel
order。这样是不是可以确认是evil buyer了？

I would ship it if Paypal seller protection eligible. 不贵。

谢谢！那如果ship的话要做些什么措施来证明呢？我给包裹和shipping label拍照，加
了delivery signature，还有哪些好方法呢？

Had the same situation! I sent a philips toothbrush on 7/29 and it is
delivered today. I also got an email from ebay:
We had to cancel bids for the buyer, tal_us_teddqxhpi, because they aren't
registered on eBay:
Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Electric Toothbrush
In these types of situations, we'll credit the final value fee for removed
listings won by this buyer, and also the insertion fee if it was a single-
quantity listing.

I called ebay and they are rather useless. I checked the delivery status and
it showed the package was signed by "H YU." TMD這不是老中就是棒子, 如果是詐
騙集團的話真的太猥瑣了. 我ebay上兩千多100% positive rating什麼狗屁江湖騙子沒
遇過, 今天又遇到2015最新騙術, 老子我東西上面寫說delivered, 我看他們要玩哪樣.

他只買了我一個牙刷, 不過是buy it now的形式. 他要是真的怎樣的話, 至少我們可以
一起跟paypal 反dispute他的連環詐欺行為, 因為他已經不是買方權益受損的問題而是
買方多重詐欺不同的賣方!
可是我就怕說他是用偷(or 盜取)來的卡(or 資料)刷的, 然後等原卡主發現時dispute,
我們就啞巴吃黃蓮了. 到時後也會挺麻煩的. 我label上是的收件人是一個中東人的名
字.
以前常常遇到一個事情就是有那種代購公司, 棒子或是老中的, 跟你買了以後你寄出去
, tracking上永遠都是business closed undeliverable. 然後他就file claim說沒收
到, 然後打電話給USPS, USPS說東西已送去了, 他們局裡完全沒有這個包裹, 然後說
tracking系統之後會update, 但是永遠都不update也一直都是顯示undeliverable, 感
覺好像USPS都被收買了. 他們左邊詐騙ebay賣方, 右邊又跟國外買方收錢, 真TM黑心.
都不知到晚上怎麼睡覺的. 不過最近很少遇到這種.
今天這種我就怕他是盜別人的卡來刷! 要不然其他我就不知道會怎樣, 因為東西寄到了
, 也有人簽名, 所以seller protection上是適用的. 不知道他還能有啥花招....

我昨天觉得情况不对，就给ebay打了电话，ebay说很可疑，就说有可能是偷来的信用卡
，所以让我打电话去paypal确认我的钱是protected，我就打给paypal了，paypal说着
几个账号是没有建立paypal账号的，只link了信用卡，所以肯定的告诉我，确实有问题
，但是现在没有dispute，所以没办法做任何事情。ebay也给了我buyer的电话，说让我
打了试试，是626-691-8880，打了好几遍都没有人接。收货地址我double check了好几
遍，觉得应该是那个cse超速转运公司，因为拍了我四个牙刷，虽然地址都一样，但是
每个地址有一个不同的一组数字夹杂在里面，我去超速转运公司网站看了，那组数字是
转运的识别码之类的~~怀疑，偷来的卡在ebay买了东西，然后转运回国？真是太恶心了
