To an address in India, 100% fraud. To a hotel address in USA, 50% chance of
fraud. You may ask more from the buyer, such as reason to send to a hotel.
I have a similar situation before. the Indian buyer told me that he attended
a meeting. I checked that meeting and found that he was a speaker in a
small session. I shipped it and everything is OK. He bought two iphone 6
