ebay买GC没收到，还能要回吗（包子）？# ebiz - 电子商务

我7月份在ebay上买了gift mall的$375（$200+150+25)的ebay gc,结果他们是用UPS寄
过来的，人不在家就没收到，tracking显示退回去了。
中间回国什么的耽误了，到9月初才在ebay上联系gift mail，但是ebay只能点一个gc联
系gift mall，不能3个gc一起选，所以点了一个$25的transaction联系gift mail，
gift mall回的很慢，说是要refund $25，但是我回信说我买了3个，你应该refund我3
个，一共$375,而不是一个。今天gift mall发信来说要refund的话，必须关dispute的
case，还没等我回复，ebay 10分钟以后就发信来说已经review this case，不给
refund。请问现在我该怎么办？难道这钱就要不回来了吗？没多少包子，准备都发了，
看看这事能不能解决。多谢了。

decision. We've considered the case carefully and decided not to issue you a
refund. We're sorry this didn't work out.

dispute case. In order for us to proceed, you have to cancel/ closed that
