在马总卖了个tracfone的400 mins refill card, ASIN: B002ZCW91Y
是physical card, not email delivery. buyer asks for return with reason no
need. 因为PIN is clear text on the card, 所以我给他deny了， 给的reason是
prepaid phone card can not be returned. 并给了amazon的return policy:

说我在马总卖prepaid phone card is violating amazon's policy 说我不光输掉
claim,还会被马总ban掉。。。搞得我疑神疑鬼的。先在咋办？是就此服软直接refund
，还是represent等着被ban?
