We are seeking Lightning Deals, which are deals of at least 20% off from the
price listed on Amazon.com from the previous day and 20% off the average
price from the previous 30 days. The deal also needs to be lowest price in
the previous 12 months. Lightning Deals run for a maximum of four hours and
are limited to the item quantity that you specify. A seller can run a
Lightning Deal more than once but must wait at least two weeks between each
Lightning Deal for an ASIN. Lightning Deals can start as early as November 1
