国人买了个ipad，没几天就要求退货，理由Defective/Does not work properly。
我回复邮件，告诉他什么情况会收restock fee，建议他先去apple store看看。
然后神经病又是负评，又是a-z的。
遇见这种神经病，后续怎么搞？求大神支招。

遇到过类似的。把Amazon当淘宝了.可能新手,不了解这里情况。

又沒阻止他退貨只是告知他如果沒有問題甚麼情況會扣restock fee. 隨即他負評又
az的。

if FBM, charge restocking fee, at least 20%, plus your shipping fee.
Already A-Z, you have nothing more to lose.
Let them think carefully before they claim defective. I did this and I won.
I also reported the buyer to Amazon for abusing return policy.

Have to fight. Otherwise, more and more people will abuse return policy to
claim defective and avoid return shipping fee.
We allow the buyers to return, but they need pay for return shipping if
unwanted.

move on个屁，这都怕就所有订单都full refund算了。AZ了的话，我每次至少收50%
restocking fee， Amazon看你refund了就会关掉AZ，根本不用怕，屁事没有

亚麻的邮件
We note you have issued only 50% reimbursement for this order. In this
situation, a partial reimbursement is not appropriate because it does not
address the cause for which this claim was filed.
A seller is only permitted to apply a restocking fee upto 20% and exclude
the shipping costs from a return when due to buyer’s remorse.

个人感觉，如果退回来的货是原物，没人为损坏，状况还好的情况下，扣50%
restocking fee有点多，尽管此病人确实让人恶心；扣20%有点少
俺一般扣25%，即使病人开A-z，亚麻都没找restocking fee的麻烦
