刚开始在亚马逊卖东西，一个buyer刚要求退货：
comments: The suction on this machine is weak. It is cheaply built and not
worth the money.
这种问题怎么办？我出shipping fee ?
ebay的话就应该是buyer pay return shipping fee吧。
可不可以拒绝退货，因为不是货质量问题。
