今天早上东西刚寄出，傍晚就收到message：103-4507996-1245052, Received Damaged
, Defective, or Wrong Item。
buyer的信息如下：

我已经report给了amazon investigate team。
Recently in seller forum, many sellers reported google chromecast fraud
issues they met. Someone said he got seven A-Z cases and was claimed not
received or damaged. Sellers are concerning some people from ebay or amazon
are using drop ship method to buy google chromecast from amazon sellers and
file claims against these sellers.
Now this situation happens to me. The buyer on this order 103-4507996-
1245052 just sent a message to me "Received Damaged, Defective, or Wrong
Item". I just shipped the items out this morning. Here is the tracking
number: 9300120111400953784093. The package is still in Washington DC area,
how could the buyer have already received the item and found damaged/wrong?
Please check the address in this order and compare with those claims with
other sellers to find if any people or group are intentionally doing things
evil. This address seems a forwarding address, according to the receiver's
name (with number 824687).
This happens to many sellers, and should be reported to Amazon investigate
team and management team. It is a fraud, and crime.

SB 今天file A-Z了，这是我的representation:
The buyer placed this order on 10/24, and we printed out USPS shipping label
through Amazon on 10/25, and mailed it out on 10/26, and it is right now on

The Estimated Delivery: Oct 27, 2015 to Oct 30, 2015, and today is still
10/28/2015, and then the buyer filed A-Z. May I ask: The buyer has not
received the item yet, how could he say 'Item not as described'???
My another question is, how could the buyer file an A-to-Z even before he is
supposed to receive it?
