I DID take it to the carrier here in town. The Verizon store, had already
bought a Verizon card for $45 and Verizon rep said it has NOT been unlocked
from Best Buy. I didn't buy it from Best Buy, I bought it from you, and
would appreciate information of how to unlock it or how to return it as
faulty purchase
