收到 Amazon 通知:“We have removed your listing because of a buyer
complaint about the condition of an item they received from you. Your
listing will remain inactive until we can work with you to resolve the
concern.”
The complaint type is "Inauthentic"。Amazon 要求提供:
• Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the
last 180 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
• Your supplier's contact information including name, phone number,
address, and website.
• Any additional details you would like us to know.
进货源没有问题,我们可以提供 invoices。但我们不是这个品牌的 authorized
reseller。如果 Amazon 联系供货商,会不会引起其他什么问题?

Amazon 关心的是你的产品质量,是不是正经货,你是不是authorized seller 他们不
关心。

如果 Amazon 联系供货商,说我买了他们的产品在 Amazon 上卖,供货商会有什么反应
?一般供货商好像不愿意卖产品给 reseller 。虽然大多数供货商对 reseller 采取睁
一只眼、闭一只眼的态度,但如果有人揭开这个盖子,供货商(品牌商)会有什么反应

再强调一遍,Amazon在乎的是你的产品质量怎么样,是不是正经来的,至于你和供货商
的关系,他们一点都不care。如果你还想继续卖这款产品,就提供他们需要的
documents。

更新一下,将 invoice 寄给 Amazon 后,又收到了 Amazon 的如下来信:
Thank you for responding to our request for information. However, we still
need more information regarding your plan of action for this Damaged /
defective complaint before we can reinstate your listing on your behalf.
Complaint Type: Damaged /defective
ASIN:XXXXXXXXX
What you can do
Email [email protected] a plan of action that contains the following:
1. Description of the issues that caused the complaints.
2. Explanation of the steps you have taken to resolve the issues and ensure
that similar complaints won’t happen again.
3. Any additional details you would like us to know.
这个比较奇怪。第一封信中的 Complaint Type 是 “Inauthentic”,在这第二封信中
变成了“Damaged /defective”;这产品都是通过FBA卖的,我自己没有卖过,所以我
也不知道“the issues that caused the complaints”;另外这个产品到目前为止还
没有退货(已卖了大约50件),客户抱怨了但不退货?
不管怎样,Amazon 的这些要求还得回复。找 Amazon 辩理估计会把这事弄成 never
ending story. 有哪位神医知道如何回复 Amazon 要求的这三点吗?望不吝赐教,包子
答谢!

这个我也碰到过,基本就是seller performance team在扯淡,你随便找些理由应付一
下就可以了。只要不是假货,别的都好办。
