卖了个100刀的东西，没签名，邮寄的中转地址，buyer说没收到。
要直接refund吗？打了亚麻客服让我去要usps的confirmation email
这个亚麻会cover?

中转站的话，先威胁一下吧。就是会让local警察联系中转站的人。

只要tracking shows delivered to the 中转地址，你不用refund. A-Z肯定赢。
