我在马总网站看到下面的policy,不过因为是holiday,不知道有没有变化。
Electronics: Electronics products can be returned if postmarked within 30
days of the delivery of the original shipment to the buyer.
If the item is shipped as New or Used and is defective or damaged upon
receipt, the buyer must report the defect/damage to you within 14 days of
receipt and make return arrangements.
具体细节是,(15年11月卖的)电子产品Wii u,买家超过30天才说用了几天以后HDMI坏
了。我本来想都退给他,比较东西坏了,可是买家不仔细,错过我发的return
shipping label,然后就动不动随便发脾气,说话很难听。我就跟他说,至少要扣退回
时的邮费。他就提交到了A to Z。马总客服说的我可以收邮费,甚至最高 20% 的
restocking fee。我真收了,买家留差评,客服能帮我删了吗?否问问大家经验。
