偶尔在ebay上卖点不用的小东西。2月初卖的，一个0记录，大陆名字（繁体字）的买家
。我当时觉得起疑，所以拍照记录，而且看了ebay说eligible for seller protection
，就寄了。结果过了20多天，paypal忽然发信说“You have received a payment that
we believe may not have been authorized by the PayPal account holder”，不
由分说钱扣下再说。
我上传了proof of shipment. 请问这种情况胜算大吗？有什么经验需要注意的？

只要tracking显示delivered，你就没事

当天上传了证据paypal一直没消息。不过今天收到邮件说case close。
Because you followed the guidelines of the seller protection policy, though,
you are not liable for this transaction. Although we have returned funds to
the PayPal account holder, your account will not be debited.
不知道具体发生了什么，不过保存好证据真的很重要。
