ebay上卖了70块钱小东西，有tracking。病人突然说没收到，他也问了usps，usps说
deliver了。
不知道是不是东西被盗了。请问现在别人开了case，我要如何处理，我file clain 让
usps赔吗？

If showing delivered at USPS site, your USPS claim will be denied. You just
need to follow eBay/Paypal instruction to provide requested information.
eBay/Paypal will cover it for you.

我也正好碰见这事，UPS显示两个星期前已经deliver，买家现在request refund，说"
It says delivered but never showed up" 我是不是Update tracking details等eBay
处理就行了？谢谢!

Yes. Whenever eBay/Paypal asks for sth, you need to respond. Otherwise, they
will take your money and refund to the buyer.

first class的没法claim，只有priority才行
另外，ebay比较好的是，你只要有tracking显示寄到了，很大几率你就会赢
