was not satisfied with his order and want to return.
On [Feb/28, #4 in history], we responded back apologizing for his
disappointment and stated that we could refund $50 if the buyer keep the
order and contact ACER himself for the issue he has.
On [Feb/28, #6 in history], we suggest the buyer return the laptop.
On [Feb/29, #7 in history], buyer accepted $50 refund offer, and he stated
that he would like to keep the laptop and deal with the manufacture ACER
himself.
On [Feb/29, #9 in history], we issued a $50 refund to buyer.
On [Feb/29, #11 in history], buyer replied "thank you"
From [Mar/21, #12 in history] to [April/6, #31 in history], buyer wanted us
to change the payment information but we couldn't do that according to
amazon policy.
On [Jul/11], we received a laptop from the buyer without any notice, the
tracking number is usps XXXXXXX. There was a passcode in the laptop and the
original package was missing. Opening the package has been video recorded,
can be provided.
On [Jul/1, #32 in history], we email to buyer that we are unable to process
any refund as it has been 5 months.
On [Jul/2, #34 in history], buyer filed an A-Z claim.
