有没有人知道怎么file a police report?
带着所有材料，去警察局吗？

这个是通过paypal. 好像最近paypal 有改进，我们看看最后结果如何。
已经拿到police report. Will update...

paypal 已经退钱了。
感觉要想赢，一定要主动跟paypal 联系。这里是提供的材料：
(0) overall summary of what happened;
(1) ebay invoice;
(2) UPS dropoff receipt (showing the weight)
(3) ups tracking
(4) video clip of opening the returned package (uploaded to google drive and
submitted a link in a pdf file)
(5) many pictures of returned item.
(6) seller's affidavit
(7) police report (basically what you told police).
上传最后的（6）（7）之后，立刻给paypal电话。第一个接电话的说让我等。过了10
分钟，我接着打了第二个电话，接电话的人问了什么情况，然后看了一下提供的材料，
然后就说“you are protected" 然后退钱了。
网上有人说，如果接电话的人不友好，可以威胁BBB. 我还没有用到，就退钱了。
赚了buyer 一bumper plate, 哈哈。
