病人来信说收到的printer里面没有墨盒，怎么处理？来信如下：
Hello. I would like to inquire, did you intend to include starter ink
cartridges with this unit. Although the manual says they are included in the
package contents they are no where to be found in the package.
请教有经验的神医帮忙一下，谢谢。

没办法，有可能从箱子里漏掉了。买个寄过去吧。我一般从eBay可靠卖家买。
