卖了个多余的华为手机,寄出20天了,现在买家要退货,理由是下边这些:
Return reason: Item defective or doesn’t work
Customer comments: Unable to sign onto gmail and when trying to go to the
App Store it's all in Chinese characters and has not been able to set up the
phone. This was not disclosed on the description of the phone.
这人说的问题感觉都不对劲,phone寄给它的时候都已经重新factory reset成英文的系
统了,gmail自己用的时候也没问题。
亚麻的给了3个选择:
1. Authorize the customer's request to return the item.
2. Close the request.
3. Contact the customer for additional information (through Manage Returns
or the Buyer-Seller Communications tool).
之前也就是在亚麻上转让过一些不用的课本,转让手机是第一次,想问下这种情况都是
应该怎么处理的?
a. 啥也不说退钱?但如果手机寄回来一看被买主弄的很残了怎么办?(卖的这个手机
本人才用了1个月左右)
b. "Close the request" 就是不退的意思?有什么后果?
c. 跟买家协商?退部分钱?
一般都怎么处理这种事?谢谢。
