一个多月前ebay卖的一电脑。
收到后留好评,没几天就说寄到自己国家后发现电池有问题。我当时让他自己出运费寄
回来我拿去修,他不肯,要discount。后来我答应给他50块discount后,他来了这么封
信:
Good day,
This unit is defective, I had a technician go over all possible fixes and
there is a manufacture problem related to the battery, this cost me $50 US.
(would copy bill as proof).
Therefore, I'm caught between a rock and a hard place and would again cut my
losses and have it returned to you to send to Toshiba. Please advise on the
process
他这是想退货吗?那他还说找人看花了50块,难道又想要钱又想退货?还是他指寄回来
让我寄到Toshiba去修?
这个他说找别的technician看过了,那toshiba会不会不给保修了?
我可不可以拒绝退货?还是让他先寄回来再说?
