寄到APO的包裹，我在amazon上直接打的USPS label。我没填海关表所以包裹给退回来
了。我现在再寄是要重新再买新的label了吗？

不用。 just bring the package to your local post office unopened and
attached the customs form. You need to use the same shipping label and ask
them to resend it. If the people nice enough, s/he will write Resend on the
label.

现在查tracking状态，一直就是原来退回来的delivered状态，没有新的状态了。怎么

USPS 一旦出现了delivered， 就不可能有新的tracking info了。 即使包裹搞丢， 投
递了病人不承认的话， 你就是有口难辩了。
