Return Reason: Item defective or doesn’t work
Buyer Comment: Its an old model that is out of warranty. Our system could
not support it.
打印机买家已经退回来了，我检查过了SN符合我之前寄给客户的。
配件齐全没有少
然后功能我也测试过了，是可以正常打印的。并非他说的defective 或者doesn’t
work
不过买家说的老型号没有保修了是真的

这种情况我该扣多少钱。我之前寄出去全新的，现在只能当旧的卖了

退了80%，看看买家啥反应。亏了大概30的shipping和折旧费。买家付了60的restock

查看一下打印机被买家打印的页数。

已经退了，除了return label的10刀钱

这种反正都是AZ，已经计入ODR，退个50%就够了

目前ODR是0貌似是上个月的数据，可能得等下个月才能看出来吧
