刚收到e-mail摸不着头脑，我不认识e-mail里提到的这个人啊。发现还能买东西，
seller account被suspended了。打电话给亚马逊seller support，他们也没查出我有
什么问题，还说你不认识这个人，就算你认识也不能传真别人的材料给amazon。打完电
话后想了想，这个e-mail不是管amazon seller account的发来的，可能是buyer
account的问题。后来查了查order history，原来是此人是四年前drop shipping的
order的buyer，ebay上卖的，从亚麻order寄过去的。因为我的账户shipping address
里有这个人，amazon认为 “This person is listed as one of the registered
account holders of the account associated with email address: [email protected]
.”现在亚麻要我提供buyer的身份和住址证明，不然就要封账户。
现在我不可能联系到buyer让他传真给amazon，又不敢告诉amazon我是drop shipping，
根本不认识buyer。 amazon禁止prime account for commercial use。悔不该用了
prime的free 2-day shipping，不然还可以理直气壮的argue。
有人碰到类似情况吗？google一下发现很多人曾经收到这封e-mail，但是他们没有drop
shipping，被要求提供本人的材料，当然是小case了。我这种情况下还有救吗？本来
