这个如果说病人签名没有收到，买了保险的话找FedEx 要，说明根本没有签名？

。现在买家重新dispute，银行这次判买家赢，AMZ甩锅，请教如何处理。谢谢！

如果是自己ship的，amazon的确甩锅，没啥办法。以前amz可能就扛了，还是paypal好
