在美国喜欢上了去图书馆，浩瀚的知识海洋里任意驰骋的感觉实在是太好了。看了下国内人均阅读量远远低于美国，不得不感慨，人的素质就是这么拉开差距的。在美国，书卖的很贵，所以出一本书是非常荣耀的事儿，大家对于版权保护也非常重视。然而，回国看到的书则是，你抄袭我，我抄袭他，天下文章一大抄，你要不抄我来抄。火的一塌糊涂的花千骨、甄嬛传、梦里花落知多少都涉嫌抄袭。更不用提那些专业课教材，更是本本似曾相识。抄袭的高明的就把国外的内容翻译过去，抄的不高明的直接大段原文摘抄。另外，由于国内书籍质量差，所以国内盗版层出不穷屡禁不止。大家都觉得那些书的质量不足以让我们支持正版，所以有时候会选择在网络，买二手书或者盗版书。而且国内的书缺乏收藏价值。徒有其表的图书，实在不值得大家当做珍宝一样收藏在自己的书柜里。所以，想要提升国民阅读图书的能力，最大的关键是要规范图书市场，让所有的人都可以有针对性的选择高质量的符合自己标准的好书，而不是在一堆烂书面前发愁，不知道如何选择。

我的理解是，first order是找到最优点，second order是在最优点再有一点点扰动，
根据envelop theorem，那一点点扰动对于最后结果没有影响，或者至少不如first
order对于最后结果的影响大。

猜测一下，可能和泰勒级数展开也有关系？f(x)展开成f(x0)+f'(x0)(x-x0)+O(x^2)，O(x^2)是在
某些问题中可以省去的second （and higher) order terms，比如在x距离x0不远时一
次项就占了主导地位。
