有点迷惑了
是不是联邦政府对美联储说：“你给我印点钞票。”然后美联储就印给政府？
还是说联邦政府向美联储发行国债，然后美联储就印等量的美金给政府
美联储要自己印些钞票玩呢。
或者说根本就不需要印，你要钱么，我凭空从帐上划给你好了

the actual dollar bills have very little to do with money supply, as 70% of
the transactions in the US are done paperlessly. and that percentage is even
higher on dollar basis.
there are different definitions of money supply and the government has a lot
of ways to influence them. mostly the treasury issues bonds on the account
of the federal reserve to shore up its balancesheet, for example.

还想问问，那现在的情况就是联邦政府向美联储发行国债，而美联储在执行发行货币的
功能？
那联邦政府欠美联储的钱以及利息怎么还法，用每年政府收的税去还？
而美联储凭空获得的这些利益又是怎么分配的？

the fed does not provide any function in the issuance of government debt.
"那联邦政府欠美联储的钱以及利息怎么还法，用每年政府收的税去还？"
it depends on the cash injection into the fed is done. I don't know all the
details but I would imagine the money is downstreamed to the fed in the form
of equity.
in the case that the money is downstreamed in the form of debt, the fed owes
the treasury interests and potentially ballon payments as the debt matures.
I guess that's just paying fro

现代金融体系，储备率和储备量决定了美元流通总量的上限。在这个上限之下的范围内
，银行就是你需要借钱，钱就变出来了；你用完还了，钱就灭了。这与是否用纸币结算
无关。
美国国债又是另一码事，属于想发行了有人买了就在市场上成立了。国债一半左右是在
美联储的帐户上，这是两个系统之间的联系。美联储在市场上交易来控制自己帐户上的
储备量。
美联储的收入除了支付开支，又交回财政部了，回到纳税人手里。美联储从运行方式是
政府参加和主持的私人银行联合会，从财务上是收归国有。
