昨天到INFOPASS去加急AP,我爷爷生病了，情况危急，想回去看一下，我带了医院的病
危通知书，结果INFOPASS的人说对病情的描述不够具体，不同意加急。想问问大家加急
都带的什么资料呢？怎么写比较好呢。
在我们老家医院的病危通知书上，只写了脑出血，情况危急。就没有其他的了。而且这
个是格式化的东西，不知道要怎么具体化呢

当今社会，网络已经成为人们日常生活必不可少的一部分，两耳不闻天下事，一心只读圣贤书的时代早已经淹没在历史的尘埃中，在网络信息时代的今天，只要上上网，世界各地发生的大事小情便尽收眼底，不过大量信息的涌入也会给人带来一些的困惑，甚至出现网络舆论暴力，掀起网络骂战等不良后果。
当然网络舆论的作用我们不可抹杀，比如一些虐待儿童老人的不道德事件，通过网络舆论谴责必定会引起关注，从而得到很好的解决，还有一些因为病痛或其他原因需要帮助的贫困家庭，通过网络传播募捐钱款帮助是非常有效的途径。总之，网络舆论在一定程度上起到了很大的作用。但是针对当前出现的网络语言暴力，网络骂战等不良网络风气，网络舆论因为获取信息的碎片化，表面化不免具有片面性，个人情绪化的极大弊端。人们获得的信息往往是不完整的，不能够完全了解事情的真想，容易受所传播信息的情感偏向所左右，从而失去了理性的判断，甚至被一些居心叵测者加以利用，这样就造成了网络的不文明现象。
网络是一把双刃剑，网络舆论亦有利有弊，我们应当最大程度的发挥其有利之处，而又尽可能的避免其弊端，这就需要法理的保驾护航，针对出现的问题完善相关法律法规，形成监督制衡机制，当然更需要网民自身的理性克制，用理性判断，用事实说话，形成良好的网络风气。

fortran函数的一个参数是derived data type，定义为：

借贵版人气。。。
个人感觉London Business School 名气大一些，placement也会好很多。
但是对finance比较兴趣，对accounting不是很了解。申LBS的时候也是申请的finance
，被拒了，
accounting那边对我的profile比较感兴趣，就要了我。
奖学金的话，LBS给17200磅/年，UFL给22000刀/年。比较生活成本，在Florida可以生
活的更舒适一些。
各位是什么意见呢？多谢。

推荐LBS, accounting 的placement比finance好些，而且研究的东西有很大
overlapping。
不过research的事还是要看自己兴趣。

就知道办加急要去local 的office，但身边没人办过。

谢谢了，我最后就是重新写个fortran接口，
把derived type包装了一下，
不用pointer，而直接用数组传递数据，结果都正确了

If you take a look at example given in Metcalf, Reid and Cohan "Fortran
95/2003 Explained" Figure 14.5, it shows you how to pass/receive a C
pointer to a type/struct between Fortran and C in a standard conforming
way if the type/struct contains a noninteroperable allocatable/C-pointer
component.
