准备申请明年秋季入学，选校选的头大。请各位给看看，我的背景：
国内统计本科，美国统计master，GPA3.9,没paper（：，但是RA做过不少IRT的project
，也对这个东东很感兴趣。
请问哪个学校有这方面的PhD program?其实我自己也搜索了不少网上学校主页，不过那
些信息都很官样文章，好像看不出什么道道。如果这里有了解这个方向的XDJM给说说就
更好了。谢谢。

好像哪个学校都有这个program, 要问哪个学校没有这个program 倒还算上个问题

For Ph.D, I believe it is most important to talk to the professor directly.
We ppl cannot give specific ideas.

University of Iowa has almost the best measurement program including IRT.
Another one is University of Maryland, which has the largest program in the
field of quantitative research methods. Some of their professors are big
names in IRT and have good connections with corporations like ETS/ACT/RAND,
etc.
Other good ones for quantitative methods (not necessarily IRT) include UCLA,
ASU, HARVARD.
Your background is quite strong. Good luck!
