名校还是非名校？

在下请问已经从事教师行业的各位前辈，名校和非名校毕业的，在找工作的时候有多大
差异？我听到两种说法，一种是说从名校硕士毕业的不见得好，因为学校不愿意给你开
很高的工资，他们认为即便你是小学校毕业的，只要你PRAXIS通过，在校成绩还不错，
就符合他们的条件。另一种说法认为，前一种说法适合美国人，对于我们这些老中，我
们就必须比老美软硬件都高才行。不知道各位前辈如何看待这个问题？谢谢！

工资 is the same no matter you graduated from Harvard or Fresno State. What
degree you have, and how many years you have taught are more important in
determining your beginning salary.
On the other hand, if you can get a scholarship, of course you want to go to
a better school. The more you learn, the easier you are going to handle
teaching.

Private schools would prefer teachers graduated from prestigious
universities and offer them higher salaries. Some good private schools
almost only recruit graduates from famous schools, so they can say to the
parents: hey, we charge more for a reason. Look, our teachers graduted from
Harvard, Yale, etc....

是哪些private schools呢？另外他们招人有没有season的？还是什么时候去投简历都
可以？

It always varies and depends on if there's an opening. But you can certainly
try sending them a resume.

你前文所说的"some good private schools almost..."指的是哪些private schools，
可不可以举几个例子，或者指点一下到哪里可以查这个？谢谢。
