本人是生物博后，发育方向的。从今年三月开始准备I-140，签的是Wegreened。当时
review还不够，花了几个月时间积攒了十多篇review records。然后就是撰写自己的
research contribution，找推荐人。律师建议的找四个。我找了我现在的老板，两个
美国教授，一个英国的PI （共三个独立推荐人）。提交时有十几篇文章，其中四篇一
作，GS上的引用380+，绝大部分来自一作的文章。
timeline：
RD：10/19/2017 直接PP
receipt notice：10/21/2017 寄到家了的。在此一天前律师通知收到email receipt
notice。
Approval date: 11/2/2017

证的时间点内完成。

一、前局
1、搭少丢边（张），搭多丢中（张）。
2、丢对不丢坎。搭子多，拆排顺序。坎边->中对->中坎->中搭。
3、第一、二轮即打中张，表示该家牌好、或幺九牌的对子多。
4、组搭子，尽量以上家打过的牌之附近为主。
5、盯下家，是胜利的基本条件。
二、中局
6、进牌要容易，尽量留边搭。
7、吊牌:打4吊1,7，打5吊2,8.8、恶碰，恶杠。
三、后局
9、他家打生张，附近皆危险。
10、他家碰打邻牌，他听牌了。
打麻将算牌技巧
1、147，258规则：他家丢1万，那么，3、4、7万基本不会要，2、5万可能要胡；
2、牌局一直不胡，最好不要动牌，要打熟张，牌一动就有吃大牌的可能
3、下家丢3、8万，有可能手握3、5、6、8万，打4、7万要小心一点；
4、下家丢8、9万，有可能手中还有4、7万，打4、7万要小心一点；
5、外面有7万碰掉，8万见二张，9万基本上有人碰；
6、.单吊，不要吊一张都没有见过的，最好吊两头都碰掉的，外面见一张的张子。
打麻将出牌技巧
1、九摸不和牌，出牌小心给点炮；
2、牌好都好，牌孬都孬，好牌莫大意，孬牌莫灰心；
3、烂牌点炮，背时报道，一旦烂牌都点了炮，下面连续几盘都难和到。
4、缺搭留熟，缺对留生，熟张易靠，生张易找。
5、舍牌三招：
一是舍牌要隐蔽，不让对手知道你的做牌方向；
二是舍牌要引诱，要骗对手上当；
三是舍牌要牵制，扣着那张，先出那张，后出那张，做到有数，使对手不能轻易得到他
要的牌。
最后跟大家说个绝招：不赌钱就不会输钱！

收编了第三方的软件，
是Oracle后台，需要把它数据全部转换到SQL server上来，而且不同的design，不能表
表对拷。
该咋弄？
这还不是最难的，难点在：在收编过程中，第三方继续运行，Oracle数据继续变化，怎
么把这个变化倒到SQL Server来？
第三方距离远，考虑是不是先本地架设一个Oracle把数据sync过来？
用streams好，还是standby database好？

24岁女真诚找男友希望是奔着结婚的那一种，不想谈没有结果的恋爱，实在太累太耗
费精力。虽然不知道在这里找是否靠谱，那么就看缘分吧。本人性格安静有耐心，很好
