ETS - maybe to design, evaluate TOEFL, GRE, TSE, etc... i heard the pay is
pretty good.
There are several other well-established test design companies...
Also do you read the pop magazines, e.g., Cosmopolitan, Vogue...? You can help
them design some tests (e.g., go through this test to examine your own
dressing tastes...)
