我国内本科是法律，毕业后在国内大学当了三年教师，f2来美，托福只有570多，gre还没
考。想申请明年秋天入学。
目前想申请教育心理，上周给2个老师写了信，没有回音，很沮丧。
请问该怎样和老师联系才有效？虽然可以冒昧的直接去找，但是怎么样才能让老师同意给
招收你，而且同意免学费呢？
请各位有经验的大侠指点一下。谢谢。

I cannot type Chinese on this machine.
It seems that you opnly applied to one university. Do you know the rank of
that university? The faculty are very busy. Some of them even don't answer
emails from their advisees.
If you are applying the same university as your hubby or wife, you should have
some network at that univ bah. Use the network, ask for the help from the
advisees of those professors. It may be better than you simply keep sending
emails.
