I study optical networking, mostly on control and
management, I know UC davis(cs), Univ. of columbia(ee) are
pretty good at this.
as for optical hardware, I was a optics major before, Univ.
of Arizona(optical science center), Rochester
Univ.(institute of optics) are the best, couple of others
always good.
