第十五章寒食散
虎儿自然听说过五石散，抑或是寒食散。在何晏的许多著述里，寒食散被一次次地提及
；他抄过何晏、索靖的碑帖，里面有些地方便赫然写着寒食的妙处。可是家人曾告诫道
，寒食散乱性，因此未加冠的孩子是不许碰这种药的。因为家人绝口不提，他竟不知道
这药在外面其实多么流行，也万万没有想到，在今天的宴会上，寒食散竟会被呈送到自
己的眼前来。
虎儿觉得自己被逼到了墙角：究竟尝不尝寒食散，所有的人，包括舅舅，都在等着他当
场做一个抉择。他很不习惯这样的场面，不知道该怎么周旋应付，下意识地咬着嘴唇，
一双眼睛求救似地朝王武子望去。
王武子拍了拍他的肩膀，微笑道：“孙太守说得没错。寒食散性热，本是治伤寒的奇药
。体弱的人，吃一点儿进补是有利无害的。再说，”他眨了眨眼睛，“我也保证不会让
你母亲知道。”说着便从锦盒中拿出一粒药丸，用小金刀切去一半，放到了虎儿的手里。
虎儿只得接了，学着众人的样子，把药丸含在嘴里，喝了一口温热的药酒。
那粒红色的小丸子，一接触到舌头，立刻散发出奇苦无比的滋味儿，让他一下子想起从
小到大吃过的最苦的草药——都还不如眼下的这粒苦。这是一种让人不安的味道，苦里
带着奇怪

请教一下，什么是flat band voltage? 从字面不好理解啊。。另外这个voltage 是应
该大好还是小好？应该多稳定？谢谢咯。

If you refer to flat band voltage in MOS/MOSFET, it is a negative voltage
applied between the metal and semiconductor to achieve flattening of the
bands.
It is determined by two factors: the work function difference between metal
and s/c and charges in the oxide. You may find the formula for calculation
in any fundamental mosfet books.
If you're targeting for a normally-off MOSFET(Vth>0), it's better to have a
flat band voltage of smaller absolute value. For example, you may choose a
gate contac

谢谢啊。在问一下什么叫"achieve flattening of the bands"？让band offset变成0？

对于基本概念，随便找一本应该都差不多。当然比较全面和经典的就是 Sze 的physics
of semiconductor devices.
