I invent a small stuff and want to apply an patent for it. There are so many
patent agencies in China, how can I find the one which is professional and
trustable? what is the process to contact and apply?

请教各位大牛：现有一fortran程序，包含若干子程序及若干modules。
每个module没有什么实质的内容，就是一堆参数列表及declare相应的变量。
本人打算用C改写该fortran程序，请问用什么形式代替这些modules?
Basically, I plan to use "header" file to replace "modules"
in fortran? any better idea?

申请实用新型比较容易通过.10年前通过搜索找到省科技厅专利办公室一工作人员.两三
年内搞了五个.后来破工资养不起专利维护费.也没有商业化.申请通过之后就不了了之
了.哈哈.
申请费相对在美国要便宜太多太多.不过国内的专利保护我看是零.所以不要把宝押在专
利保护上.厚厚.
另外今天在报纸上看到的一个广告,也许对你有用

Thanks for your response.
Can I do this way?
1. Apply patent in China.
2. Produce the product and test if there is market for it
3. If there is potential market, apply patent in US
4. Use patent in US to protect the patent in China

不错的主意.不过我没有这样的经验.你可以一试.
专利不专利主要都是为了赚钱.所以递交申请之后就赶紧进行市场化了.如果市场化不如
你所期望,那就找个下家把专利卖了,呵呵.
另外以前搜索到这个,也许对你有用.
