LinkQuest Inc., a fast growing and profitable advanced technology company
based in San Diego, California, is looking for a system (algorithm) engineer
and an electronic circuit engineer to expand its R&D effort in leading-
edge medical imaging systems and precision acoustic instruments.
Job duties and requirements are as follows
1. System (Algorithm) Engineer
Development of digital signal processing and image processing algorithms for
advanced medical imaging systems and precision acoustic instruments. Work
includes analytical algorithm development, functional and error analysis,
computer simulation, mixed hardware and computer emulation, and field and
clinical test verification. This position requires strong digital signal
processing education, good intuition and experience with derivation and
analysis in the applied research area. The candidate should be familiar with
Matlab & C programming and experienced with processing experimental data on
computers. Experience in sophisticated image processing and array signal
processing is a big plus.
Ph.D. in electrical engineering, applied physics, applied mathematics and
related fields is required.
2. Electronic Circuit Engineer
This position requires hands-on experience in design, implementation,
debugging and testing of sophisticated analog circuits and digital circuits
based on DSP and micro controllers. Experience in overall product
development including conceptual design, feasibility study, prototyping and
commercialization is preferred. PCB layout skill is a plus. Please note this
is NOT an IC/ASIC engineer position.
B.S. degree in electrical engineering is required. M.S. degree is strongly
preferred.
The candidates must be highly focused, result-oriented and highly motivated.

曾几何时，面对在人生舞台的首秀即桀骜不驯、让人措手不及的天生牛犊，社会和媒体
广泛地将80年代出生的定位为叛逆的一代，更有甚者说其是失落的一代。
然而现在，昔日的叛将们大多数已经成家立业，有的身为父母。不知道叛逆的父母面对
更加叛逆抑或回归传统的新生子女们，将会是怎样的一出戏呢？
下面简单回顾一下过去半个世纪的代沟年轮（不严格，只求大概和主体）：
40年代出生的，是战斗中成长的一代。尽管大型的、全国范围的战争、战役已经基本结
束，但是抗美援朝、中苏关系恶化、对越自卫反击等一系列的局部战争，仍然让全国上
下处于一种战斗的状态，“深挖洞、广积粮”，时刻准备打大仗。
50年代出生的，是激情燃烧的一代。从三反五反、四清的受教育者，到大跃进、反击右
派风的亲历者，再到红卫兵、文化的革命小将，他们几乎整天都处在高度亢奋的状态，
爱情和生活打上红色的烙印就不足为奇了。同时，青春也就真的象燃烧了一样，什么也
没有留低。
60年代出生的，是倍感压抑的一代。文化大革命接近尾声，人人自危、惶惶不可终日，
压抑；上山下乡，在“农村这一广阔的天地”并没有实现“大有作为”的理想，压抑；
改革开放、恢复高考的快车，大多数人都没有及时赶上，更加压抑！鬓角在压抑中不知
不觉地变白了，唯有“重整河山待后生”。
70年代出生的，是欣欣向荣又充满不确定性的一代。准备出生，计划生育，赶上了（如
果没有被计划掉的话）；该读书了，缴费上学（中学以上），赶上了；大学毕业，工作
分配制度改革，赶上了；到了结婚的年龄，住房制度改革，又赶上了。所以，说70后们
是改奴的一代，每天疲于应付、学习、适应改革，一点不过分吧？
80后和90后呢？还是你们自己来说吧。

我不会开车，很少在奥斯丁城里游山逛水，偶尔玩一下，也和游客一样。一眨眼几年时
光过去，原本想拍一个MV纪念一下，但找不到摄影师，那么就写点好了。
Hill Country
07年底的冬天，我和远道而来的好友，还有即将返回印度的朋友阿宁和他的女友一起开
车去Hill Country。阿宁在奥斯丁待了九年，一直和女友两地。孤独的时候总是独自开
车在Hill Country的山间游览，对每一片山地、每一湾湖水和水库都充满了感情。而我
却是第一次去。
车开进山地之后，地势就变得很崎岖，小路在漫山的绿色中蜿蜒而上，随之又急驶转下
，时而绕过一只山头，眼前又是一条望不到边际的小路。而在郁郁葱葱的山凹之中，藏
着一弯湖泊，成片的鸟在水面上掠过。最后我们的车在一片湖水前停下。湖边是树林，
我们坐在湖水边找出好多瓦片，打了一会儿水漂，阿宁可以接连打出十几个漩涡，泛起
的涟漪在德州冬日明媚的阳光下闪金光。
随后我们开车去了山间的一处低地。那是一片不大的湖水，本身不是水库，而是由于低
地形成的水洼。草滩逐渐变成泥地，随后变成粼粼的宽阔水面。湖水碧蓝的看不出一丝
杂质，周围一片寂静。我们在湖边坐了一会儿，就看

Add and a,col is not null
Can't do it?
also change inner join to left if you need rest of the table that dont match

先用where clause将table分成两块。 inner join完再与另一部分union。不知道是不
是正确理解了你的问题
