Multiple Research Assistant (RA) positions starting from Spring'15 are
available for self-motivated students who are interested in pursuing Ph.D.
degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Oklahoma State University,
Stillwater, OK. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to do
high-quality research with both Dr. Ramakumar (IEEE Life Fellow) and Dr. Guo
in smart grid, renewable power and energy systems, and cyber-physical

认识那位老人有一段时间了。送女儿上学的时候，经常看到一辆车停在中心门口。车前
窗总是留着缝，里面有一只大大的狗。那时女儿还小，看到大狗有些害怕，总问我狗狗
会不会出来呀，我说不会的，狗狗很乖，在等他的主人出来呢。女儿问，什么是主人，
我说是照顾狗狗的人，狗狗最好的朋友。我们经常一起到车子边上看大狗，大狗似乎毫
不介意我们的好奇，若无其事地盯着中心的自动门。有时大狗会叫起来，我们回头一看
，是那位老人出来了。他戴着眼镜，非常斯文，总是礼貌地朝我笑笑，然后进车，抱抱
大狗，再开车离开。
老人非常守时，准时八点半送孙子来自闭症中心做训练，下午三点十五分来教室接孩子
。虽然这孩子不在我负责的训练组里，但我们多少要了解一些孩子的情况，以便孩子们
一起活动时更好地交流。每个教室都有一扇半高的门，中心里的孩子都不被允许开门，
门只能由老师来打开，老师也可以有机会教孩子说：“Open the door, please!"。可
是不是所有的孩子都能把这句话说好的，为了训练孩子说这些话，老师需要耐心地等待
孩子的回应才能打开们。有时候其他老师正好要开门进教室，看到孩子要出来，也必须
配合孩子的老师等待孩子做出正确的回应。其他孩子进行小桌子训练后喜欢要求休息一
下，然后有机会出教室的门去参加其他的活动，但老人的孙子完全不介意在小桌子上接
受训练，更不介意要不要到教室外面去，只要给他一些拼图，他就可以自得其乐很久。
因此，他也始终不会说“Open the door, please"。
每个自闭症的孩子的表现方式都不同，这个孩子很安静、温柔，从不会因为不如意就发
脾气。他唱歌的音准非常好，特别害怕噪音，每次不舒服的时候，只会捂着耳朵流泪，

他。家庭的变化对他似乎影响不大，他对那些大人还没有产生无法割舍的情感，也许他
心里还没有一扇他想要开启的门。
孩子经过训练有不少日子了，我和他也渐渐有了更多接触。有时候他的训练老师有事，
他会和我们组的孩子一起接受融合教育。我特别喜欢听他唱歌，特别喜欢看他闭着眼睛
听音乐的样子。感性上，我会被他的行为说服，难道他这样独自快乐不好吗？为什么非
要训练他会说话，会交流，非要教他做其他孩子都会做的事情呢？难道非要融入群体吗
？非要成为一个有感情的人才好吗？理性上，我不会对任何训练有所松懈，也慢慢发现
他开始有了一些细微的变化，比如他会喜欢个别的老师，和老师在一起，他会笑，比如
他会在爷爷来接他的时候给爷爷一个抱抱。然而，他还是不能完整地说：“Open the
door, please!"
中心的训练三点半前结束，通常不到三点半孩子都会被接走。当天的老师要负责打扫好
教室并关门，然后剩下个别老师和负责人处理数据、开会和修改治疗方案。有一天，孩
子的爷爷没有准时来，电话联系不上，我正好有时间，就陪着孩子的老师等。其他孩子
都陆陆续续地被接走了，孩子开始还在认真地玩拼图，后来似乎察觉到什么了，破天荒
地自己走到教室门口要开门。我连忙跑过去把门挡住，孩子的老师也跟在后面，说：“
Say 'Open the door, please'."孩子没说，只说了一声：“Out！”我残忍地说了一句
：“If you wanna get out, say 'Open, please'"。他不看我，对着他的老师说了一
句：“Open，please"。我们开了门，带着他到平时他爷爷停车的地方看了看，因为风

的电话，说会尽量快点赶过来，具体什么迟到原因没说。于是，我们一直跟他说，爷爷
很快就会来了，耐心一点。大约五点半左右，我不得不去接女儿了，就径直往女儿教室
奔去，路上看到他的爷爷额头上包着一圈纱布，匆匆地往孩子的教室赶着。接上女儿，
我抱着女儿想回孩子的教室看看，正好看到那位老人抱着孩子迎面走来，孩子的双手紧
紧地搂着老人的脖子，嘴里发出奇怪的声音，当他们经过我们身边，我看到孩子的眼里

Our team has two openning for DSP firmware engineers recently, one for
communication and one for audio area.
For comm. position, we would like some one familar with wireless
communication, better with GSM/GPRS/WCDMA background. Must have strong
coding skill in C and assembly. Working in embedded real time system. Better
to have some experience in HW and ASIC. Good team player.5~10 year
experience.
For audio position, strong coding skill in C and assembly too. Familar with
audio algorithm and tun

其实上回你推荐那个里面，一开头那个小孩，多半也是某根神经搭错了，或者基因表达
出了问题，现在检测不到罢了

Usually each dept/team applies budget and senior management approve that. If
the budget is not filled within certain time, it will be taken back. That
is why low level management will like to fill that asap(more man power, more

如何在强者、弱者、最弱者之间分配，如何在资源制造者、资源的纯消费者之间分配。
社会在多大的程度上向这些“弱者”倾斜？
如果资源允许，再愚昧的地区和民众中，愿意抚养“弱者”的人也会越来越多。
如果一个家庭、一个群体、一个国家中的相对“强者”都面对相当大的压力，那么没什
么人愿意照顾“弱者”就变得很好理解了。

put/call ratio indicator turns bearish on oct. 19th. LT composite score
dropped to -2%. sold out all LT positions at market close. 这真不是mhp,有位
常来这得mm知道。hehehe.
almost got a sell signal on 23th because of VIX indicator. But market
dropped too early before vix could touch the expected trigger level.
LT composite model stands at the neutral zone and it needs more readings to
buy or sell. I still believe this cyclical bull rally is far from done, but
it may be not worthy to brave the risk for capture

那真是。。。。。

你老以后这种indicator早点公布哈，让大家都借光一下。
今天的反弹让俺很不爽，昨天唯一斩仓的position今天反弹了7%以上。

斩仓是因为风险太高，那个position的vol太大，一天涨跌幅超过5%也算正常范围。在
现在这个市场下，不值得冒那么高的风险。
预期什么？我不觉得GDP数据有好到哪里去，当然市场怎么理解数据不是由我掌握的，
基本还是屁股决定脑袋的事情。今天反弹应该是报复性的，昨天绝对oversold了，当然
这也只是后话。

我有一个非常好的朋友，她小儿子就是有自闭症，虽然不是很严重，但是，看到她为孩

What governs the market in short-term is always animal spirit. So most of
time, people can just ignore the fundamentals if you are short-term traders,
unless the fundamental affects people's emotion.
Risk is high only on fundamental basis. But on the other hand, the risk
appetite is also very high. I am still waiting to see any indication that
the risk appetite is declining.

，这里的条件算是很不错了，有很多政府的补助和帮助，国内就比较惨了。
