I spent 3 full days filling DS 160 for my parents and couldn't get it done.
Frustrated by the DS-160, I smashed my laptop. Because it's all the website'
s fault, can I sue the goverment for not properly maintaining the website
and for my time lost and laptop smashed?
I guess I'm the most unlucky one, timed out at confirmation page!!!!

用DC 近似解电网的 shift factor 或者叫 PTDF。
从书上看到如下方法：
PTDF = H * A * B^-1
H is an M×M matrix whose non-diagonal elements are all zero
A is the M×N adjacency matrix. It is also called the node- arc incidence
matrix, or the connection matrix
B is an N × N matrix that is determined by the characteristics of the
transmission network as follows:
B_ii is positive numbers.
怎么解这个 PTDF 最快？
对于一般大的系统，比如 20000左右的 branches , 直接用 matlab H*A/B, 小于一分
就算好。
但当系统大到 50000 左右，就很慢了。
大牛们有什么好的算法？
或者不用来解矩阵？

全仓是不是有点太冒险？
经过两次白忙活的抄底后我决定这次歇着，也许我错了，呵呵。

不用sue，直接拖出去强奸10遍，再捅10刀
