You need to apply permit of 加厨房 from county only. However you won't get approval most likely as you already have a kitchen. Definetely, you can 加厨 房 without permit, but you will get trouble to sell this house in the future as the 2nd kitchen is an illegal construture, and then the buyer cannot get loan from bank..

CNT is for beyond CMOS device. WRT beyond-Si, high-mobility channel(Ge and III-V) will probably be used in 7 nm and below, although both materials have several critical issues. Beside CNT, as far as I know, spin-torque and 2-D devices are quite promising.

不看好cnt,nanowire我倒是觉得有希望,用etch的办法做,可以3D stacking
