我的一位朋友的儿子快一岁了，我朋友从孩子半岁左右就发现他只喜欢用左手，几周前
看专科做了核磁共振，发现左脑有异常，医生认为是孩子在出生前后发生中风引起的。
现在我的这位朋友十分担心。不知道版上有没有爸妈遇到过类似新生儿中风的情况，孩
子恢复的如何?

工作经验在1-2年之间，有较强的cleanroom实践经验的？

could be delivery injury, could be other causes.
see a child neurologist for an evaluation. for functional training, start as
soon as possible. kids' brains are still very adaptable. if trained properly,
functional recovery can be very good.

1. get a copy of the delivery note and the neonate evaluation.
2. read the MRI carefully to determine whether it's a stroke, a traumatic
injury or a dysplasia.
3. if it's a stroke, don't ignore other possible causes, such as coagulatory
diseases.
4. don't wait for an answer from the above before starting functional
training. do it asap.

The MRI diagnosis is perinatal stroke. We still haven't found the cause
yet. Cardiogram and blood tests have been ordered. We started OT, PT
, and ST. Do you have other suggestions? Thanks!

找医院，specifically要fetal monitor strip，不是家长手里的那个出院记录。还有
要求分娩前后几天医院的所有记录，去医院填个表就能拿到。出生时1,3,5分钟apgar有
多少？

there are numerous possible causes for neonatal/perinatal strokes. and for
many, the causes cannot be identified. also in many, it may be impossible to
diagnose it at the acute phase.
getting records doesn't necessarily mean there may be improper actions on
the part of the providers. but it may help you identify a cause.
