我老公去年暑假去欧洲实习，有几千欧元的收入，我们今年想
jointly filing 1040（他单独报的话，是
1040NR,我是1040），听说他那部分海外收入也要报。我
现在不知道怎么在1040上报他那部分欧洲的收入，应该放在
1040的哪一栏里面？报这部分收入还有别的表要填吗？这
个汇率换算怎么算啊，用哪天的汇率啊？
还有，这欧洲的收入洲税也要报吗？

看到新闻，是一个教授朋友说的，说某领导去某地视察，然后看手机，从20楼摔倒19楼
，摔死了。
教授发在群里，我们马上说，以后小心了，不走路看手机了。
但是我知道，这几乎是做不到的，不仅我们走路看手机，有些开车也是看手机的。
哈哈，看手机最多的是上洗手间把，估计绝大部分人是上洗手间看手机的，没手机之前
就是看书。
为什么我们这么喜欢玩手机，这主要是我们不想被时间遗忘，而手机是我们现在联系和
找寻世界最重要的工具。
我们都有了手机综合征，要是一天没看手机，是不是就有点不习惯呀。
感觉少了点什么。心里痒痒的。
很多人就是因为这个原因看手机的，就是因为他不想被世界抛弃，当然也有些人是看书
，玩手机，玩游戏，看电视，但是主要还是一种沟通，一种想要的交流。

Ok, I made some research on the internet and find out that:
1. I should report the foreign income in line 7 on 1040, so line 7 would be
the total of (the summation of box 1 in W-2 for both of us + the foreign
income that converted to us dollars).
2. If the foreign income also was taxed in the foreign country my husband
worked for, I can file form 1116 to claim a foreign tax credit (or deduction
).
3. Use the exchange rate prevailing when you receive, pay, or accrue the
item. If there is more than one exchange rate, use the one that most
properly reflects your income.
If anyone knows some additional information on this matter that I should
also take care of, please let me know as soon as possible.

店里的苗都卖的贵，一颗苗的钱够买几包种子了。而且那些苗好像都是温室里催长出来
的，跟自然条件下育出的苗相比茎长叶少，一颗大苗用个超小的盆，根都挤成团了。我
买的一个回来僵住了好久 。。。
一两颗苗肯定不够的，小苗很容易就各种原因悲剧了，比如浇水多了，晒干了，被风吹
断，被虫子啃了，偶的十颗番茄苗现在就剩三颗还健在了

恩， 也是， 小苗不太保险。。。
我主要是觉得苗似乎快很多。 这两天店里已经有卖番茄苗了，还挺大的。我刚刚把种子种下去。。。
不过如果那个苗状况不好的话就不划算，确实挺贵的。

The difficult thing for me is to close the control loop.
Peak mode current mode control. ( outer and inter control loop)
The error amplifier ( outer control loop) compensation design.
Any reference?
