Hi everyone, I am on F1&OPT for the tax year 2010. I received a letter from IRS for my submitted 8833 (e-filed with taxact): "Thank you for your recently submitted form 8833......." "Cut out and return the voucher immediately below if you only have an inquiry. Do not use if you are making a payment." "Cut out and return the voucher at the bottom of this page if you are making a payment, even if you also have an inquiry." I do not understand why I receive this. I have already received the tax refund in March. Any suggestion for me? Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. no i am already R and I e-filed 1040, not 1040EZ. I submitted 1040 and state return online, and mailed 8833 via USPS to Texas.

Are you serious? What back haul link is it using? What is the point of using laserU/L, not even mentioning its technical difficulty to get good LOS channel. Given its size, its solar probably can do 5kw using the best solar cells. I guess that would be hard to sustain 24 hours flying. But I do not know typical requirements here.

I am not as stupid as jerks like you who believe in ambitious Internet press without own technical justification. I am not talking about anything technical impossible, I am talking about lab results vs real deployment. Going up high at 60000-90000ft, maybe you can educate us the typical pathloss and channel model for the that spectrum band? So if you are half as smart as you think of yourself, better show some technical knowledge instead of just dog barking. Of course if you are in the FB team, you have all rights to keep whatever confidential. No one forces you to answer anything. I am just asking a question anyway.
