so your network is totally down?
as far as I know, the so called Parental Control is a very simple packet
inspection tech, it inspects only the http header level, so you can block
certain websites and URLs with the keywords, but not the contents.
pplive uses synacast technology, which has distributed servers for
registration, and lots of super nodes for channel providing.
how do you identify the pplive?

在你的路由上面，把2048以上的端口全部封掉
